Ingredients

olive oil, for greasing pan8 wonton wrappers4 ounces softened cream cheese4 ounces softened goat cheese1/2 cup shredded gruyere cheese, divided1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided2 jalapenos, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat, optional)1/2 teaspoon garlic powder1/2 teaspoon onion powdersalt and pepper to taste1 can Red Gold® Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz1/2 cup Red Gold® Tomato Sauce 8 ozfresh cilantro or extra jalapeno slices, optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil. Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin, gently shaping them into small cups.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, goat cheese, ¼ cup gruyere, ¼ cup mozzarella, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture into the wonton cups, filling them generously. Top each with Red Gold Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies, a spoonful of Red Gold Tomato Sauce, and the remaining gruyere and mozzarella.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the wonton edges turn golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh cilantro or extra jalapeño slices, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
