Fully cooked pulled pork, 12 oz, without sauce1 can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained well1 can Bush's Grillin' Beans-Hot Honey, 21.5 oz16 Mission Super Soft Flour Tortillas-FajitaMexican-style shredded cheese, 8 oz2 tablespoons vegetable oil1 cup coleslaw, your favorite recipe or store bought1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

Preheat oven to 250°F
- In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the pulled pork, the drained Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes and the Bush’s® Grillin’ Beans-Hot Honey. Heat in microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes or until warm.
- To assemble, place ¼ cup of the pork taco filling on side of the flour tortilla, top with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese and fold in half. Repeat with 16 tortillas.
- In a 10 inch non-stick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat. Add 2 of the prepared tacos. Gently fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer browned tacos to a baking sheet and place in warm oven. Repeat until all tacos have been prepared.
- To Serve: open each taco and top with 1 tablespoon coleslaw and a slice of avocado, then add your desired garnishes.
Option: Store bought pulled pork, without sauce, can be used or make your own in a slow cooker or pressure cooker.
