So much zesty flavor in this easy cheese dip thanks to Red Gold Cocktail Sauce! 


3 slices of bacon, cooked & crumbled, drippings reserved1/2 cup shallots, finely chopped8 oz cream cheese, softened1/2 cup Red Gold® Cocktail Sauce with Real Sugar 12 oz1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup green onions, sliced, green & white parts1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper


  • Preheat over to 425°F. 
  • In a small skillet cook bacon until fat has rendered and bacon is crispy. Remove bacon from pan and serve.
  • In the same skillet as the bacon was cooked, add the finely chopped shallots and cook for 3-5 minutes until shallots are translucent and tender. Remove from heat.
  • In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, Red Gold Cocktail Sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, sliced scallions, crumbed bacon and cooked shallots.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well using a large spoon or a rubber spatula to combine. Transfer to an ovenproof baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cook a few minutes before eating. Serve with baked pita chips.
