1 can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained1 can Red Gold® Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz, drained2 cans whole kernel sweet corn, 15 oz, drained1/2 to 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped8 oz sour cream1 cup mayonnaise8 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix powder1-2 jalapenos, seeded and diced3 slices crispy bacon, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tomatoes, corn, cilantro, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix powder, and diced jalapenos.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Sprinkle the crispy chopped bacon on top of the dip.
- Serve with your favorite chips and enjoy!
