Ingredients

BURGERS

1 pound thick cut bacon1 pound ground beef1 teaspoon kosher salt1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste1 teaspoon garlic powder4 slices cheddar cheese, for topping or 4 tablespoons butter, for toasting the buns4 brioche burger buns Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz, for servingonions, thinly sliced for toppingtomatoes, sliced for topping

French Fries

2 pounds russet potatoes, wash well, rinse and dryvegetable oil, for fryingkosher salt to taste Red Gold® Folds of Honor Ketchup 32 oz, for serving

Bratwurst

1 pack of your favorite BratsBrioche hot dog buns Red Gold® Folds of Honor Ketchup 32 oz, for serving

Instructions

TO MAKE THE BURGERS

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Lay the bacon slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  • Preheat a grill to 425°F.
  • Divide the ground beef into 4 portions and shape into 1/4 pound (4 ounce) patties.  Season the patties with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
  • Grill the patties to your desired level of doneness, adding a slice of cheddar cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  • Place the burger buns in the skillet and toast them until golden brown, set aside.
  • Spread Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  • Place a cheese-topped patty on top of the ketchup. Add crispy bacon slices, sliced onions, and tomatoes. Top with the other half of the toasted bun.

TO MAKE THE FRIES

  • Cut the potatoes into thin strips to make fries.  Rinse the cut potatoes in a bowl of water to remove excess starch. 
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven or pot to 350°F.
  • Pat the potatoes dry with a towel and carefully fry them in batches until tender.
  • Remove from the oil and increase the oil temperature to 400°F. 
  • Fry the par-cooked fries again until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the fries from the oil, drain excess oil, and immediately season with salt and serve with Red Gold Folds of Honor Ketchup.

TO MAKE THE BRATWURST

  • Place bratwursts on a grill and cook until brats reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Place finished brats in your warmed brioche buns and top with Red Gold Folds of Honor Ketchup.
