Chili Cheese Queso Dip
I've been using Red Gold Tomato Love products to make cooking a little easier, so I popped over to Marianos Market to grab what I needed to make this crazy easy Chili Cheese Queso! I recently got Shay turned on to chili cheese corn chips and realized how delicious the flavors would be in a cheese dip. What better way to use Tomato Love Original and the Chili Starter? It was perfect and so fast. I love a good chip dip for game days, but I'm also using this Queso to smother my enchiladas tonight! YUM! @momunderpressure

- Heat Red Gold Tomato Love Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies and Tomato Love Chili Starter Seasoned Diced + Crushed Tomatoes in a large pot. Bring to a boil for about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Add cheeses, sour cream, and chili powder. Cook until all of the cheese is melted, stirring often to prevent burning. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
