

Turn frozen tater tots into the main event with this recipe! Loaded tots piled high with melty cheese, crispy bacon, Red Gold Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies, and zesty toppings. The real star is the dipping sauce: Mama Selita’s Jalapeno Ketchup. @rachelmrudy
Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 block Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
4 tbsp Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 4 tbsp sweet heat pickled jalapenos
- 2 tbsp cillantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp Mama Selita’s Jalapeno Ketchup 20 oz, for dipping
Instructions
Step one
Preheat oven to 425F
Step two
Add bacon to a line baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or untill crispy.
Step three
Add tater tots to a separate baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, or according to package directions, untill golden and cripsy.
Step four
Once the bacon is done, let it cool slightly, then crumble into pieces.
Step five
Sprinkle Shredded Montery Jack cheese over the hot tots. Broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely so that the cheese melts but dosn’t burn.
Step six
Top with Red Gold Original Diced Toamteos + Green Chilies, sour cream, crumbled bacon, sweet heat pickled jalapenos, and cillantro.
Step seven
Serve immeditely with Mama Selita’s Jalapeno Ketchup for dipping.
