Instructions

Step One

Cook the fries according to the package directions until golden brown and crispy.

Step Twp

While the fries cook, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and the burger seasoning.

Step Three

Add the diced onion and cook until softened.

Step Four

Stir in the Mama Salita’s Jalapeño Ketchup, yellow mustard, BBQ sauce, and water. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, until the mixture thickens.

Step Five

In a small bowl, whisk together the Mama Salita’s Jalapeño Ketchup, mayonnaise, sweet relish, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to make the burger sauce.

Step Six

Arrange the cooked fries on a serving platter or sheet pan and top with the American cheese slices. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step Seven

Spoon the beef mixture over the fries and add any desired toppings.
