- Preheat the grill to 325°F
- In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, onion salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
- Grease the bottom and sides of a 10-inch cast iron pan with avocado oil. Spread the cheese mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- Layer the Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices and jalapeno slices over the cheese mixture.
- Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sides start to turn slightly brown and the dip is bubbly.
- Remove from the grill and serve with cheesy garlic bread.
