Ingredients
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 can Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained
- 1 tablespoon shallot, finely diced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 baguette, sliced
Instructions
Step one
In a serving bowl, combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step two
Scoop a generous amount of Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes into the oil mixture.
Step three
Add the shallot, basil, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Step four
Finish by topping with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately with sliced baguette for dipping.
