Ingredients
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 or 6 cloves minced garlic, divided
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Tuttorosso® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
- 3 tablespoons basil leaves, freshly chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- balsamic glaze, optional for serving
Instructions
Step one
Make the Base: In a food processor, combine feta, cottage cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step two
