This Cheesy Skillet Meatball Dip steals the show. Made with garlic, tomato paste and Tuttorosso San Marzano Style Hand Crushed Tomatoes for a rich, bold tomato flavor and thick texture that takes a simple recipe to another level. Step one

Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 30-60 seconds untill fragrant. Stir in Tuttorosso Tomato Paste and cook for another 30 seconds to deepen the flavor.

Step two

Pour in the Tuttorosso San Marzano Hand Crushed Tomatoes in Puree with Basil & Sea Salt, and season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and optional red pepper flakes or sugar. Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step three

Add the cooked meatballs directly into the sauce. Top with mozzarella and parmesean cheese.

Step four

Place in the oven or smoker at 400 degrees untill the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

Step five

Finish with fresh parsley and serve hot with toasted bread.
