

Who else loves meatloaf but hates waiting an hour for it to bake ? These easy mini meatloaves bake in just about 25 minutes, and come with a tangy, carmalized glaze that you and your family will absolutley love! @homewithheart
Ingredients
- SAUCE
1/3 cup Red Gold Premium Tomato Ketchup 20 oz Squeeze Bottle
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- pinch of nutmeg
- MEATLOVES
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup finely diced onion
1 tbsp Red Gold Premium Tomato Ketchup 20 oz Squeeze Bottle
- 2 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
Instructions
Step one
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, Dijon, and nutmeg to make the glaze.
Step two
In a separate bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcurmbs, onion, ketchup, mustard, seasonings, and egg untill just mixed.
Step three
Divide the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin, pressing each one down gently. Bake for about 15 minutes, then carefully blot any excess grease wtih a paper towel. Spoon the ketchup glaze over each mini meatloaf and return to the oven for another 10-12 minutes, or untill fully cooked through.
Step four
Serve warm with mashed potatoes or your favorite easy sides.
