- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Red Gold Folds of Honor Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon chopped onion
- FOR THE SANDWICH
- 3 slices bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced, or 1 slicing tomato
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- flaky sea salt, to taste
- 4 slices turkey breast
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- French fries (optional), for serving
Instructions
Make the Thousand Island Dressing
In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, Red Gold Folds of Honor Ketchup, pickle relish, and chopped onion until well combined.
Assemble the Turkey Club – Step one
Toast the bread and slice the tomato, if using. Spread the dressing over one slice of toast. Layer with lettuce, tomato, a pinch of flaky sea salt, turkey, and bacon.
Step two
