These loaded sheet pan nachos are a quick and easy crowd-pleaser, made even better with Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies for extra flavor and juiciness. Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Taco seasoning, to taste
  • 1 can Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies, 10 oz
  • 1 can nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup queso cheese dip
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Jalapenos (optional), for topping
  • Pico de gallo (optional), for topping
  • Black beans (optional), for topping

Instructions

Step one

Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Step two

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Step three

Add taco seasoning and Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies to the beef. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until heated through.

Step four

Spread nacho cheese sauce and queso cheese dip evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the seasoned beef and tomato mixture on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Step five

Bake for 8–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Step six

Remove from oven and pour the hot mixture over tortilla chips. Top with jalapeños, pico de gallo, black beans, or your favorite toppings. Serve immediately.
