This dip is good hot, cold, or room temperature. Serve it with tortilla chips or pita triangles and be sure to eat some before it’s gone!
Ingredients
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Canned Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz OR
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- Pita bread triangles
Instructions
Step one
Preheat oven to 350° F. Combine the artichoke hearts, cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
Step two
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and onion.
Step three
May prepare 1 day in advance and store, covered, in the refrigerator. Bake just before serving.
