Fresh mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and crushed tomatoes steal the show in this one-pot casserole dish. The shredded Monterey Jack adds a cheesy, savory flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerator biscuits
- 1 (28 ounce) can Tuttorosso® Crushed Tomatoes with basil
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
Step one
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Quarter biscuits; place in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Step two
In a bowl combine crushed tomatoes, green bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic powder and olives. Top the biscuits with this mixture.
Step three
Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
