Ingredients
- 2 cans Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces burrata
- Fresh basil chiffonade, for garnish
- Garlic-rubbed crostini, for serving
Instructions
Step one
Preheat the grill to about 400°F.
Step two
Add the Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper to a grill-safe skillet. Stir to combine.
Step three
Place the skillet on the grill and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the tomatoes are bubbling and slightly thickened.
