Loaded Hash Browns with Guac, Eggs and Sriracha

Crispy hash browns, creamy quac, jammmy eggs, and a drizzle of Sriracha ketchup to tie it all together. Such an easy high flavor breakfast or lunch you will keep comming back to.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen has brown patties
  • 2-4 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Red Gold Ketchup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 20oz

  • GUACAMOLE
  • 2 ripe avacados
  • 1/2 cup roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • juice of one lime
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Step one

Cook hash brown patties according to package instructions.

Step two

In a bowl, mash the avacados to your desired texture. Stir in roma tomatoes, red onion and cilantro. Add lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Mix and taste – adjust lime and salt as needed.

Step three

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Crack in eggs and cook to your preference. Season with salt and pepper

Step four

Place crispy hash brown on each plate, top with a generous scoop of guacamole, then a fried egg. Finish with a drizzle of Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup.
