Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 bottle Red Gold Cocktail Sauce Made with Real Sugar 12 oz
- 2/3 cup grape jelly
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
Instructions
Step one
Heat mustard and cocktail sauce in small saucepan. Add grape jelly and salt, gently heat, stirring periodically until jelly melts. Set aside.
For Glazed Pork Ribs
Remove membrane along the back side of the ribs. Season ribs with your favorite dry rub. Wrap tightly in foil and bake at 350°F for 2 hours. Remove from oven, pour off any accumulated cooking liquid. Brush heavily with glaze and cook another 30-45 minutes. Brush with more glaze and broil for 3-5 minutes.
For Appetizer Meatballs
Spray medium skillet with cooking spray. Add meatballs and cook about 5 minutes. Add glaze and stir meatballs to evenly coat. Continue gently stirring and coating meatballs with sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce has reduced some and is coating meatballs well.
