

This Italian Pasta Salad is easy, delicious, and flavorful! Ingredients
- 8 ounces Pasta of choice, cooked according to package directions
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can Tuttorosso® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup English cucumber, chopped
- 2 ounces salami
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers, sweet and fire roasted
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, pearls
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons basil leaves, freshly chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step one
Add the cooked pasta, Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes, cucumber, salami, red onion, red peppers, mozzarella cheese, black olives, and fresh basil to a large mixing bowl.
Step two
In a separate bowl prepare the dressing. Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried basil. Whisk to combine, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step three
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad ingredients. Toss to combine thoroughly before serving.
