Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces burrata
  • Fresh basil chiffonade, for garnish
  • Garlic-rubbed crostini, for serving

Instructions

Step one

Preheat the grill to about 400°F.

Step two

Add the Tuttorosso Petite Diced Tomatoes, olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper to a grill-safe skillet. Stir to combine.

Step three

Place the skillet on the grill and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the tomatoes are bubbling and slightly thickened.

Step four

Remove the skillet from the grill and nestle the burrata into the center.

Step five

Finish with basil chiffonade and additional black pepper. Serve warm with garlic-rubbed crostini.
