1 pound ground beef1 large onion, chopped1 green bell pepper, choppedSalt and black pepper to taste2 tablespoon chili powder1 tablespoon cocoa powder1 (15 ounce) can chili hot beans1 (28 ounce) can Redpack® 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes in Puree1 (28 ounce) can Redpack® 28 oz Diced Tomatoes2 (8 ounce) cans Redpack® 8 oz Tomato Sauceshredded cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Brown ground beef, onion and green bell pepper in a large skillet. Transfer meat mixture to large kettle and add salt, pepper, chili powder and cocoa; mix well.
- Add beans, 3 cans diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Garnish with shredded cheese.
