Vegetable Dip

Carrot, tomatoes and celery pieces brighten this quick and easy dip. This is a double recipe! 

Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes dry vegetable dip mix, from (1.8 ounce) box
  • 2 cups reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 can Redpack® 28 oz Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained

Instructions

Step one

In a medium bowl combine all the above ingredients; mix well.

Step two

Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour. Stir before serving.
