Red Gold vine-ripened petite diced tomatoes add freshness you can enjoy all year long in this classic sandwich, turned delicious salad.
Ingredients
- 6 cups salad greens
1 can Redpack Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 28 oz, drained
- 1 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/2 pound thin sliced smoked turkey breast, cut onto strips or cubed
- 4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into strips
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1/4 cup Honey Dijon salad dressing
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, croutons, turkey, cheese, and dressing and toss lightly. Arrange the sliced eggs over the top for a pretty presentation.
