Carrot, tomatoes and celery pieces brighten this quick and easy dip. This is a double recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 envelopes dry vegetable dip mix, from (1.8 ounce) box
- 2 cups reduced fat sour cream
- 2 cans Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained
2 cans Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz, drained, if you like a spicy dip
Instructions
Step one
In a medium bowl combine all the above ingredients; mix well.
Step two
Cover and refrigerate the dip for at least 1 hour. Stir before serving.
