If you like a Bloody Mary with spice, this is the recipe for you! Our Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies and Jalapeno Ketchup add the right amount of heat to this brunch favorite. Make them for Sunday brunch, a holiday breakfast or game day – whatever the occasion, these will hit the spot.
Ingredients
1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz, drained
- 4 tablespoons Red Gold Mama Selita’s Jalapeño Ketchup 20 oz
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 celery stalks
- 4 ounces vodka
- 8 green olives
- 4 lime wedge
Instructions
Step one
To a blender add diced tomatoes, jalapeno ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lime juice. Blend until pureed and smooth.
Step two
Fill 4 glasses with ice and add 1 ounce of vodka to each glass. Divide Bloody Mary mixture among the glasses. Stir to combine, garnish each glass with celery, olives, a bit of fresh cracked pepper and lime wedge.
