Ingredients

  • 1 package manicotti shells
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Red Gold Ketchup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 20oz, divided

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound bacon
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ rub of choice

Instructions

Step one

Preheat a smoker or oven to 225°F.

Step two

Boil the manicotti shells for about 5 minutes, drain, and slice them down the center to create pockets for the filling.

Step three

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, 1 tablespoon of Red Gold Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup, salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Step four

Fill each manicotti shell with approximately 3 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture. Wrap each stuffed shell with a strip of bacon and season the bacon with BBQ rub.

Step five

Place the wrapped manicotti shells onto the smoker and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reached 165°F. Every 15 minutes brush the stuffed shells with the remaining Red Gold Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup for extra flavor and a delicious glaze.
