Pineapple Salsa Dip

“The weather is finally warmer which means it’s almost time for summer parties and backyard BBQs! I’ve got a festive recipe using one of my favorite products from Red Gold! I used the mild diced tomatoes + green chilies to make this pineapple salsa that you’ll be making all summer!”     – @emmaclaireskitchen

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 1 can Red Gold Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz

  • 1/4 cup red onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Jalapenos, diced fresh
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, more to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

Step one

In medium bowl, mix pineapple, tomatoes + green chilies, red onions, and jalapenos.

Step two

Gently stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, lime juice, and cilantro.

Step three

Serve with tortilla chips.

Step four

Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
