Monte Cristo Salad

Enjoy the familiar flavors of a Monte Cristo Sandwich in this delicious, healthy salad. Our vine-ripened petite diced tomatoes add freshness you can enjoy all year long.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups salad greens
  • 2 cans Red Gold Canned Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained

  • 1 cup seasoned croutons
  • 1/2 pound thin sliced smoked turkey breast, cut onto strips or cubed
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese, cut into strips
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Honey Dijon salad dressing

Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, croutons, turkey, cheese, and  dressing and toss lightly. Arrange the sliced eggs over the top for a pretty presentation.
