Ingredients
- 1 can spicy refried beans, 16 oz
- 1 can regular refried beans, 16 oz
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package taco seasoning, 1 oz
- 1 block cream cheese, 8oz, softened
- 1 can sliced black olives, 3.8oz, drained
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 can black beans, 15oz, drained
1 can Red Gold Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained
1 can Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz, drained
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, 8oz, grated
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, 8oz, grated
- 1/2 cup Queso fresco, 4oz, crumbled
- tortilla or corn chips, for serving
Instructions
Step one
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step two
In a 9×13 baking dish, combine refried beans, sour cream, taco seasoning, and cream cheese.
Step three
Fold in black olives, cilantro, black beans, and both cans of tomatoes and chilies.
Step four
Top with Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheese, bake for 30 minutes.
Step five
Top with Queso fresco before serving.
