Layered Hummus

This Layered Hummus recipe is simple, fresh and so flavorful! Perfect for game-day or when you want a healthier appetizer option.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz pack of your favorite ready-made hummus
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk, preferably
  • 1 can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, well drained
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 medium English cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped, loose pack
  • 2 oz pine nuts, lightly toasted
  • pita chips, for serving

Instructions

Step one

Spread the hummus evenly across a large platter or the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Top with a layer of Greek yogurt.

Step two

Sprinkle the drained Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, diced red onion and diced cucumber evenly over the yogurt layer.

Step three

Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped Kalamata olives. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on the chopped parsley. Top with toasted pine nuts.

Step four

Serve with pita chips. Refrigerate any leftovers.
