

Take your tacos to the next level with Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, Bush’s Hot Honey Grillin’ Beans, and Mission Flour Tortillas! These out-of-the ordinary tacos are filled with warm pulled pork and topped with tasty coleslaw.
Ingredients
- Fully cooked pulled pork, 12 oz, without sauce
1 can Red Gold® Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, drained well
- 1 can Bush’s Grillin’ Beans-Hot Honey, 21.5 oz
- 16 Mission Super Soft Flour Tortillas-Fajita
- Mexican-style shredded cheese, 8 oz
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup coleslaw, your favorite recipe or store bought
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- lime wedges
- diced jalapeno
- sour cream
- chopped cilantro
- chopped green onions
Instructions
Step one
In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine the pulled pork, the drained Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes and the Bush’s® Grillin’ Beans-Hot Honey. Heat in microwave on high for approximately 3 minutes or until warm.
Step two
To assemble, place ¼ cup of the pork taco filling on side of the flour tortilla, top with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese and fold in half. Repeat with 16 tortillas.
Step three
In a 10 inch non-stick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon oil over medium heat. Add 2 of the prepared tacos. Gently fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer browned tacos to a baking sheet and place in warm oven. Repeat until all tacos have been prepared.
Step four
To Serve: open each taco and top with 1 tablespoon coleslaw and a slice of avocado, then add your desired garnishes.
