Ingredients
- 2 blocks cream cheese, 8 oz, softened
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 can Red Gold® Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, lightly drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- pepperoni, for topping
- jalapeno, sliced for topping
Instructions
Step one
Preheat the grill to 325°F
Step two
In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, onion salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
Step three
Grease the bottom and sides of a 10-inch cast iron pan with avocado oil. Spread the cheese mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Step four
Layer the Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices and jalapeno slices over the cheese mixture.
Step five
Place the skillet on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 15-20 minutes, or until the sides start to turn slightly brown and the dip is bubbly.
Step six
Remove from the grill and serve with cheesy garlic bread.
