

Using Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes w/Green Chilies, Bush’s White Chili Beans and Mission Tortilla Strips, you have perfect chili with a kick! Try giving chili night a little extra flair with a make-your-own chili bar! Set out toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, lime wedges, avocado or tortilla chips to customize the bowl.
Ingredients
- 2 cans Bush’s® White Chili Beans (15.5 oz), undrained, divided
1 can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz, undrained
- 1 can reduced sodium chicken broth (14 oz)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 cooked rotisserie chicken, removed from bone and diced
- 1 bag Mission® Tortilla Strips (11 oz)
- Optional toppings
Instructions
Step one
In a 4-quart stock pot, add 1 1/2 cans of Bush’s® White Chili Beans. Mash the remaining 1/2 can of chili beans with a fork and add to the pot.
Step two
Add remaining ingredients to the pot, mix to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step three
Serve with crispy Mission® Tortilla Strips and toppings of your choice.
