Our Ketchup and Tomato Sauce combined with a can of beer make a tangy sauce that cooks all day in your slow cooker for tender and delicious roast beef
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 1 cup Red Gold® Folds of Honor Ketchup 32 oz
- 1 (15 ounce) can Red Gold® Tomato Sauce 15 oz
- 3 pound rump roast
Instructions
Step one
In a small bowl place beer, ketchup and tomato sauce; stir to combine.
Step two
Place roast in slow cooker and pour ketchup mixture over roast. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
