This super easy chili recipe uses authentic Mexican style chorizo and three Red Gold products to give you that fresh tomato flavor. Chorizo Chili is a flavorful and hearty take on classic chili, featuring the spicy, smoky notes of Mexican chorizo. The rich, seasoned pork sausage adds a deep red color and distinct flavor to the dish, making it a satisfying one-pot meal.

Step 1

In a 4-quart soup kettle, cook the chorizo sausage over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until fully cooked, do not drain.  Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Simmer for 20 minutes and you’re ready to serve! 

Serving suggestions: serve with chopped onion, sour cream and cheese.
