A fresh, homemade dip recipe that doesn’t get any easier! Diced Tomatoes are added to ripe avocados, along with more lime juice and a pinch of salt. That’s all it takes for this quick Mexican dip!
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and cut into small cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, about 1 lime
2 cans Red Gold Mild Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz, drained
- OR
1 can Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies 14.5 oz, drained
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step one
In a medium bowl mash the avocados with a fork until chunky. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve at room temperature.
Step two
Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro
