Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 11-12 chicken wings
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Red Gold® Ketchup Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 20oz

  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

Step one

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Step two

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Step three

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. Bake the wings for 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

Step four

In a saucepan, combine Red Gold Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup, honey, vinegar, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Step five

Toss the baked chicken wings in the Sriracha Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Step six

Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch if desired.  Enjoy!
