1 can Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz
1 Red Gold Canned Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 8 oz Neufchatel cheese, room temperature
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Tortilla chips, to taste
Instructions
Step one
Heat Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies and Petite Diced Tomatoes in a large pot. Bring to a boil, about 10 minutes.
Step two
