Dip tortilla chips, veggies or crackers in this delicious guacamole dip made with Red Gold Tomatoes, avocados, cilantro and Bush’s Black Beans. A tasty dip for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 5 avocados, diced
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
1 can Red Gold Canned Original Diced Tomatoes + Green Chilies 10 oz, well-drained
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 can Bush’s Black Beans, 15 oz, drained and rinsed
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- assorted dippers, (crackers, pita bread triangles or veggies)
Instructions
Step one
Combine avocados, scallions and lime juice in a large bowl. Mash to a coarse puree.
Step two
Add in tomatoes, cilantro and beans. Season with salt and pepper.
Step three
Serve immediately with assorted dippers such as toasted whole wheat pita bread triangles, multi-grain tortilla chips, or your favorite veggies.
