Step one

Place cocktail franks or mini smoked sausages in a slow cooker.  Combine the chili sauce, red wine vinegar and grape jelly in a medium bowl and stir to combine.  Pour over the sausages, stir to coat. 

Step two

Cook on low for 2-3 hours until heated through, stirring halfway through, evenly coating the sausages.
