These meatballs are the ultimate blend of comfort and craveability. Serve these for a hearty appetizer or entree.
Ingredients
- 18 pounds cocktail meatballs
- 1 #10 can Red Gold Chili Sauce
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 #10 can jellied cranberry sauce
Instructions
Step one
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Step two
Divide meatballs into 2″ hotel pans. Combine the Red Gold Chili Sauce, soy sauce and jellied cranberry sauce in a medium bowl and stir to combine.
Step three
Pour sauce mixture over the meatballs. Stir to coat.
Step four
Cook in oven for 45 minutes until heated through, stirring halfway through, until sauce is hot and bubbly and has reduced a bit. Stir to evenly coat the meatballs.
