Ingredients

  • 1 20oz bottle Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup
  • 2/3 soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients together with a wire whip. Once combined cook over medium low heat.

Step 2

Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until thickened to the desired consistency.

Step 3

Chill until ready to use. Can be used as a marinade as well as a brush on glaze on chicken, pork or even shrimp!

Step 4

Store covered and labeled in the refrigerator until ready to use.
