A great barbeque glaze that balances sweet heat and smoky depth. It features our signature Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz and Red Gold® Folds of Honor Ketchup 20oz.
Ingredients
- 4 ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 ½ cup water
- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 4 ½ teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 2 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup Red Gold® Folds of Honor Ketchup 20oz
- 6 cups Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz
- 3/4 cup mango puree
Instructions
Step 1
In a large sauce pan over medium high heat, combine all ingredients except mango puree.
Step 2
Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the mango puree. Lower heat and cook until thickened to the desired consistency.
Step 3
Cover and cool. Label date and store refrigerated until ready to use.
