This is a vibrant, refreshing twist on a coastal classic. Made with the best-tasting Bloody Mary Mix, from Sacramento. It’s a cool, spicy appetizer perfect for your menu.
Ingredients
- 60 shrimp (41-50) cooked, peeled, deveined, tail off
- 4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, (more as desired)
- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and chopped
Instructions
Step one
Mix Sacramento Bloody Mary Mix with garlic, red onion and cilantro.
Step two
Pour over shrimp and allow to marinate 2-3 hours.
Step three
To serve place 6 shrimp in a coupe glass, top with 1/4 of a chopped avocado pour 1/2 cup of liquid over shrimp/avocado.
