A tropical twist on a classic—these Island Breeze Bloody Mary Shots pair zesty spice with crispy coconut shrimp for a bold, bite‑sized appetizer guests will love.
Ingredients
- 2 C Sacramento Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 C Dole Pineapple Coconut Juice
- 2 T Franks Mango Habanero Hot Sauce
- 3 T Aji Amarillo Seasoning
- 2 ea. Limes, Juiced
- Salt and Pepper –To taste
- 12 ea. King and Prince Oven Ready Coconut Shrimp
- *Vodka is Optiona
Instructions
Step one
Preheat fryer to 350°F.
Step two
In a bowl, combine:
Salt and pepper to taste
Bloody Mary mix
Pineapple coconut juice
Hot sauce
1 tablespoon seasoning
Step three
Chill the mixture for 10 minutes.
Step four
- Fry the coconut shrimp until golden brown.
- Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and toss with the remaining 1 tablespoon seasoning.
Oven/Air Fryer Option:
If a fryer isn’t available, cook the shrimp in a 375°F oven or air fryer for 7–8 minutes.
Step five
Rim each shot glass with the additional 1 tablespoon seasoning.Pour 1–2 ounces of the chilled Island Breeze Bloody Mary mixture into each glass.Garnish the rim with one coconut shrimp.
