Ingredients
- 14 pounds Prepared French fries
- 77 ounces (7 3/4 cups) Red Gold® Barbecue sauce
- 10 pounds Tyson® Low sodium pulled chicken
- 1 (5-pound) pouch LAND O LAKES® Shredded Mild Cheddar
Instructions
Step 1
Hold French fries warm until service.
Step 2
Combine barbecue sauce and chicken in hotel pan. Cover. Heat until temperature reaches 165°F for 15
seconds.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
Step 3
Heat in 350°F oven 50-60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Hold hot until service.

For each serving, top 3/4 cup fries with 3 ounces BBQ chicken and about 1/2 ounce shredded cheese.
