Ingredients

1 package manicotti shells1 pound ground beef4 ounces softened cream cheese1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 cup Red Gold® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup 20oz, divided1 teaspoon Kosher salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper1 pound bacon1 tablespoon BBQ rub of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat a smoker or oven to 225°F.
  • Boil the manicotti shells for about 5 minutes, drain, and slice them down the center to create pockets for the filling.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, 1 tablespoon of Red Gold Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup, salt and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Fill each manicotti shell with approximately 3 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture. Wrap each stuffed shell with a strip of bacon and season the bacon with BBQ rub.
  • Place the wrapped manicotti shells onto the smoker and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reached 165°F. Every 15 minutes brush the stuffed shells with the remaining Red Gold Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce Ketchup for extra flavor and a delicious glaze.
