This Layered Hummus recipe is simple, fresh and so flavorful! Perfect for game-day or when you want a healthier appetizer option.

Ingredients

10 oz pack of your favorite ready-made hummus3/4 cup Greek yogurt, whole milk, preferably1 can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz, well drained1/2 cup red onion, diced1/2 medium English cucumber, diced1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped3-4 tablespoons olive oil1/4 cup parsley, chopped, loose pack2 oz pine nuts, lightly toastedpita chips, for serving

Instructions

  • Spread the hummus evenly across a large platter or the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Top with a layer of Greek yogurt.
  • Sprinkle the drained Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, diced red onion and diced cucumber evenly over the yogurt layer.
  • Top with crumbled feta cheese and chopped Kalamata olives. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on the chopped parsley. Top with toasted pine nuts.
  • Serve with pita chips. Refrigerate any leftovers.
